Job Summary
Assist in production, handling, and movement of products by operating equipment, loading/unloading racks, and moving items in/out of coolers and freezers. Maintain quality standards through product inspection and ensure a clean, safe workspace via sanitation duties including sweeping, mopping, and equipment wiping. Follow all safety, food quality, and company policies while working flexible shifts from 5pm-3am or 8pm-6am. Perform repetitive physical tasks involving lifting up to 50lbs and work safely around allergens. No experience required; training provided.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to assist in different areas as needed
- Willingness to work overtime as needed based on production demands
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must successfully pass a background check and rapid drug screen
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in cold environments such as coolers and freezers
- Ability to work safely around food allergens including chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts
