Production Worker - 2nd Shift (Mon - Thur)

Operate on the assembly line producing finished goods and work in process, following standard operating procedures while performing on-line and off-line inspections and sorting goods. Maintain productivity at standard line speed and execute rework, inspections, and clean-up assignments when not assigned to the line. Ensure daily production targets are met by accurately packing and inserting materials, verifying visual quality standards, and confirming packaged quantity accuracy. Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and maintaining a clean work environment. Assist in training new workers and contribute to team productivity by performing duties properly and in a timely manner.
