Job Summary
Production Worker on 1st shift responsible for assembling interior doors by following detailed work orders, operating and maintaining door-manufacturing machinery, inspecting materials at each stage, organizing supplies, rotating through assembly line stages, packaging finished doors, and cleaning work areas. Must read work orders, communicate quality issues, meet production deadlines, and work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors. Requires at least two years in manufacturing/assembly, high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, good communication, teamwork, and proficiency with hand and power tools; physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift to 100 lbs), and appropriate vision for quality inspection.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line role
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Proficiency with hand and power tools such as measuring tapes, staplers, nailers, drills, and machinery related to door manufacturing
