Job Summary
Production Worker on 1st shift responsible for producing, fabricating, and assembling products. Set up tools and materials, operate power tools and machines (fabric cutters, quilters, saws, sewing machines), load/unload workstation, review work orders, measure and position materials, fabricate/assemble products, inspect quality, troubleshoot and rework as needed, prepare finished products for transfer, and maintain a clean, safe workstation in accordance with ESAPCO/OSHA safety procedures. Requires the ability to read blueprints and instructions, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate or be trained to operate a sit-down forklift; strong attention to detail, problem solving, and good communication skills; willing to follow safety protocols and documentation of work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift Certification a plus
- Must be able to read blueprints, schematics and instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use power and hand tools safely
- Ability to read, follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
