Production Welders

Production Welders build ranch and rodeo products using highspeed MIG welding. Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions, lay out and align parts, clamp and fixture pieces, inspect for defects, select and operate welding equipment, and weld various alloys (aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron). Perform finishing steps such as grinding and slag removal, and follow welding chart specifications for torch tips, filler rods, and gas flow. Requires the ability to maintain steady hand/arm position, concentrate across tasks, follow instructions, and work with minimal supervision; high school diploma or GED preferred. Location: Mt Pleasant, TX; full-time opportunity with premium piece-rate pay after training.
