Job Summary
Starting pay rate $25.25/hour with off-shift shift premium; candidate demonstrates MIG welding knowledge, passes welding competency tests, maintains weld quality and safety standards, attends pre-shift meetings, operates grinders and scrapers, maintains equipment, documents scrap/rework, and adheres to SOPs to ensure LMV Automotive Systems standards are met. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, bending, standing, climbing or walking, and willingness to adjust shifts as needed. Required Qualifications
