Job Summary
Perform machine set-up for wave machines, operate the equipment, and conduct electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand and electronic tools. Maintain clean workstations, follow prescribed safety regulations, and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor. Rotate to various workstations as required and complete tasks designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. This role is part of the production team at RiverSide Integrated Solutions, Inc., supporting inspector and solderer teams in a fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to read manufacturing instructions, work overtime with notice on weekdays and weekends, and pass a pre-employment drug test. Candidates must be at least 16-17 years old.

- Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials (0-10 lbs.) up to 50% of time worked
- Must be able to lift up to 10-30 pounds, chest height up to 5% of time worked
