Job Summary
Coordinate multiple construction warranty and repair projects by responding to incoming requests, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling jobs. Provide high-level customer service to builders, homeowners, and the branch team while maintaining documentation of all communications. Review work orders for accuracy against builder selections, verify material availability, and coordinate delivery prior to installation. Escalate customer issues as needed and provide accurate progress updates to branch and warranty managers. Cross-train team members on job duties to ensure departmental coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of general office experience
- Customer service mindset and demeanor
- Excellent phone and general office skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace ever changing priority environment
- Strong organizational skills, including planning, scheduling, and follow up/follow through capabilities
- Fundamental mathematic comprehension
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Aptitude to quickly learn the required industry software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to operate a computer keyboard
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
- Pre-employment drug screen
