Job Summary
Accurately fill customer orders according to pick ticket instructions, verifying size, grade, quantity, and quality of all items. Pull and stage material for warehouse transfers, load and unload trucks safely, and operate equipment such as forklifts and shrink wrap guns. Receive fragile materials, inspect for damage, and complete documentation including packing slips and equipment reports. Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area while following all safety protocols. Work 1st shift Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, on an on-call basis. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, shop, or shipping/receiving environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and perform various physical tasks throughout the workday
- Capable of lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with others
- Full physical agility, mobility, and dexterity
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and order verification
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets, tape measures, and other measuring devices accurately
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
