Job Summary
Production/Warehouse Worker I who supports light manufacturing and distribution by packaging, preparing orders to customer specs, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Responsible for receiving, unloading, inspecting shipments, sorting and storing products, picking and preparing orders for shipment, assisting with inventory counts, and coordinating with teammates to meet daily goals. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and Spanish proficiency is accepted (English not required). Work hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional weekends and overtime; safety-focused environment with potential drug-free workplace policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills to understand work instructions and complete documentation
- Spanish proficiency accepted; English not required
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Availability to work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed
