Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Managers & Supervisors in a chemical manufacturing environment, driving a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability. Develop and align strategies across shifts, leveraging Smart Factory tools, data analytics, and digital dashboards to improve efficiency, quality, and agility. Own production from start to finish, manage warehouse functions (inventory, shipping/receiving), ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance, and partner with CI to drive process improvements using Six Sigma tools and real-time performance insights. Requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience; proficient with ERP/SAP and digital manufacturing technologies; strong leadership to influence, coach, and develop teams through modernization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or similar)
- Experience with chemical manufacturing preferred
- Five years of experience as a production manager or Five to Seven years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience leading Smart Factory initiatives such as digital dashboards, performance analytics, or other digital manufacturing tools
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and drive decision-making based on real time performance insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong digital fluency across manufacturing technologies
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach, and develop teams through change and modernization
