Production & Warehouse Associate

Operates and maintains equipment used in seed coating, drying, and sizing/conditioning operations. Accurately logs and records data during daily operations. Follows written and verbal instructions to maintain high quality standards. Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operation and efficiency. Requires experience in production line and/or warehouse settings, strong attention to detail and reliability, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a valid driver’s license. Background checks with a clean criminal record are required. Full-time position with substantial paid leave benefits (3 weeks plus up to 6 additional weeks, totaling 9 weeks per year).
