Production - VBoard 2 Team Member

VBoard Crew Member on the 2nd shift will accumulate, count and pack goods produced on the VBoard Machine, inspect for proper lamination and general appearance of printing, and assist in producing high-quality products. Responsibilities include setting up paper, caliper, and width for orders; reading and understanding production scheduling; supplying paper; monitoring quality and communicating with the machine adjuster; packing products to standards; building and wrapping skids to customer specifications; and supporting lean initiatives. May require up to 12-hour shifts, with a 1:55 PM–10:00 PM schedule at the Appleton, WI facility. Requires the ability to read/write simple instructions and perform basic arithmetic; prior general manufacturing experience or education is acceptable. A Safe, clean, and organized work area is maintained, with opportunities for growth and involvement in ongoing machine improvements.
