PRODUCTION UTILITY OPERATOR

Production Utility Operator sought to maintain safe and efficient operation of filler lines, casers, boxers, tray packer, and bundlers across production areas as needed. Responsibilities include setting up and operating equipment per SOP and safe guidelines, ensuring raw materials availability and material usage reflected in WMS, maintaining quality and compliance with product specs, performing quality checks, ensuring food safety, completing timely production paperwork, reporting downtime and unsafe conditions, maintaining a clean workspace, following policies, and working under variable conditions with long hours as necessary. Requires ability to read and interpret written information, demonstrate accuracy, handle frequent changes, and communicate clearly. Must possess or obtain forklift and pallet jack operator licenses within seven days of hire. High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; related experience 6–12 months or training acceptable. Strong emphasis on safety, QA, and continuous knowledge/building across production operations.
