Production Unit Manager

Lead department safety initiatives, including accident investigations and job hazard analyses; conduct start-of-shift meetings to communicate key metrics and daily expectations; perform Leader Standard Work and related audits; support Continuous Improvement Team meetings across department and Test departments; foster a proactive safety culture with robust corrective actions; drive department quality initiatives (gate management, defect resolution, tool performance, audit systems) and continuous improvement projects (line balancing, process walks, 5S, HPWT, housekeeping); develop and maintain daily staffing, training plans, and appropriate job rotations; manage time and attendance, training records, overtime, and vacation scheduling; promote an engaged organizational culture and complete timely performance reviews; perform other duties as assigned.
