Job Summary
Production Trainer (Lamination) leads the lamination training program for main lam, cruiser lam, and small parts lam. responsibilities include onboarding and developing new lamination employees, teaching lamination quality standards, proper application and terminology, tool usage, chemical safety, and creating/updating digital training materials and SOPs. Delivers hands-on and classroom-based training, tracks trainee progress with Excel/PowerPoint, participates in 90-day onboarding evaluations, teaches equipment setup and calibration, and supports safety, housekeeping, and performance development. Requires extensive lamination or manufacturing training experience, strong teaching/coaching abilities, and knowledge of lamination materials and equipment, with ability to adapt to changing requirements and work extended hours. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred and leadership experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of lamination or manufacturing training experience
- Strong teaching, coaching, and development skills
- Knowledge of lamination equipment set-up, calibration, and use
- Knowledge of Lamination Quality Standards & Best Practices
- Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining respect
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
