Job Summary
Design, coordinate, and deliver hands-on training programs for production and warehouse workers, covering equipment operation, safe work practices, and emergency response. Lead on-the-job training processes, conduct proficiency assessments, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate training records, qualification documents, and competency frameworks within designated tracking systems while collaborating with Production, Warehouse, and EHS teams to address workforce capability gaps. Support readiness for audits and regulatory inspections by standardizing training materials and updating work instructions in response to procedural changes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 10-15+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, industrial manufacturing, or similar environment
- Experience as an operator, in a chemical industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial operations, chemical processing systems, equipment, and safe work practices
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and training documentation standards
- Ability to deliver effective hands-on training in high-hazard or industrial environments
- Strong communication, organization, coaching, and documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
