Job Summary
As a Production TM, you will be responsible for producing, assembling, and inspecting parts according to work instructions, and completing accurate production records. Adhering to safety protocols and environmental policies is essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of three months of work experience or training. Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret various documents, are necessary. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Excel, and Word is a plus. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting weights up to 25 pounds. This position operates full-time hours with shifts available from early morning to late evening.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum three-month continuous work experience and/or training required
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office systems, Excel and Word a plus
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition and subtraction
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
