Job Summary
Production Test Technician at VadaTech responsible for performing product testing at board and system level, executing functional tests on electronic assemblies and finished products, and reporting failures through detailed test reports. Responsibilities include conducting ATP, providing symptom descriptions for failures to aid in troubleshooting, collaborating with Quality and Engineering to improve test procedures and product performance, escalating issues for resolution, maintaining adherence to manufacturing process instructions and safety guidelines, and keeping a clean, confidential, and professional work environment. The role requires proficiency with electronic test equipment and Linux-based troubleshooting, with emphasis on quality, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or Computer Science
- Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuits, and components
- Proficient in operating electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and power supplies
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics, datasheets, and assembly instructions
- Proficient in Linux system navigation, scripting, and troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and practices
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
