Job Summary
Production Test/Process Engineer at Technica will collaborate on the design of semi-automated end-of-line test systems and lead assembly, maintenance and continuous improvement activities for these systems. You will improve testing capabilities and coverage for existing products, define timelines and requirements for new prototypes, generate technical documentation and production reports, analyze PCBA schematics to diagnose failures, and provide technical validation support to cross-functional HW/SW teams. You’ll work to optimize manufacturing processes with DFT/DFM considerations, support design for testing, and contribute to a cross-functional product team in an automotive-oriented, highly collaborative environment. The role offers hybrid work flexibility and opportunities in an international, innovation-driven setting in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Production Process/Test Engineer experience in automotive, telecom or industry markets
- Basic electronics understanding is mandatory
- Knowledge of DFM / DFT
- Experience with NI Test Stand or equivalent test automation
- Programming experience in Python, C#
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
