Job Summary
Production Test Operator II on a defense manufacturing team responsible for fabricating wire harnesses, performing production testing, system integration, and maintaining quality standards to meet production schedules. Responsibilities include fabricating harnesses from wire run lists and operation sheets, conducting testing and supporting integration activities, adhering to safety/ESD/calibration procedures, assisting with assembly as needed, and communicating quality concerns to ensure customer requirements are met. Preferred familiarity with RF and digital test equipment (oscilloscopes, frequency counters, analyzers), power supplies, multimeters, and experience with underwater acoustic systems or testing environments. Requires hands-on craftsmanship, strong attention to detail, and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or test experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (citizenship required)
