Production Test Engineer (Power Semiconductor Industry)

Job Summary
Analyze and resolve abnormal production testing problems in subcontractor factories, including setup, process, and post-testing data anomalies. Import production testing solutions and systems from main factory to subcontractor sites while driving complete resolution of quality cases. Collaborate with subcontractor factories to research new solutions for quality, efficiency, and cost improvements, and provide clear reports on these initiatives. Maintain daily test hardware and software systems and support other engineering teams with production test-related cases. Work with product PTE to realize company capacity expansion at the subcontractor testing factory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Micro-Electronic, Automation, Instrument Science & Engineering or relevant
- 3+ years related experience
- Good knowledge on analog/digital circuit
- Programming language (minimum is C)
- Good communication skills in mandarin and English (reading & writing)
- Willing to travel in China and worldwide subcontractor
