Job Summary
Validate prime hardware compliance against technical data packages and troubleshoot test failures to improve efficiency and yields. Maintain test equipment technical data packages, including drawings and manuals, while assisting with root cause investigations and risk assessments. Contribute to test capacity analyses and process improvements through predictive metrics and fault tree analysis. Requires active Secret clearance and onsite work at Raytheon's Redstone Arsenal facility in Huntsville, AL.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing production environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF)
- Onsite work location at Raytheon's facility at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL
