Job Summary
Production Test Engineer II on 2nd shift responsible for testing and troubleshooting RF, IF, microwave, analog and digital hardware for missile programs; interpret requirements, develop and maintain test procedures, analyze data to drive root-cause issues, and generate Change Requests related to the production test process. Collaborates with Operations, Design, Test Development, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure hardware requirements and processes are met; supports multiple functional test platforms and works with manufacturing operators. Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, plus active DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The role includes an 8% premium for the second shift; travel as required; on-site work at Andover, MA with a focus on continuous improvement and manufacturing-test method modernization. Skills desired include RF/analog/digital testing, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C, Linux, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong data analysis and collaboration to resolve issues.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
- minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- 1+ year of testing experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
