Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in software engineering, test automation or similar, with a strong focus on Python
- Proven ability to write production-quality Python code (OO design, packaging, releases, linting/formatting)
- Daily experience with git and collaborative workflows (branches, merges, pull requests, reviews)
- Solid understanding of test automation fundamentals (structuring test suites, debugging failures, reporting results)
- Experience supporting users or operators on test stations or similar setups and ownership mindset
- Comfortable using Linux as a primary development environment
- Exposure to testing with real hardware (hardware-in-the-loop) and lab instruments (oscilloscopes, PSUs, DMMs, loads)
- Good communication skills and willingness to work onsite in Espoo
