Job Summary
Production- Technology Technician (2nd Shift) maintains computer equipment in a manufacturing environment, provides help desk support for hardware problems, diagnoses hardware/software issues, performs minor repairs, trains staff on system terminals, and collaborates with Maintenance, Engineers, and IT to ensure operations continuity. Responsibilities include scheduled preventive maintenance, auditing system terminals, and ensuring optimal performance of manufacturing systems. Requires High School Diploma with 2 years of college/technical training preferred, CompTIA A+ and N+ certification (or equivalent experience), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience imaging computers using Norton Ghost, Acronis, or AOMEI. Bilingual abilities in Creole, Spanish, or Hindi are preferred. Salary range is $25-$28 per hour (annualized to $52,000-$58,240) for full-time role; benefits include day-one medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3pm–12am with possible OT; in-person work in North Brunswick Township, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of college degree or technical school (preferred)
- CompTIA A+ and N+ Certification required or equivalent experience
- Prior manufacturing environment experience (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in Creole, Hindi, or Spanish (preferred)
- Strong Experience Imaging Computers Using Norton Ghost, Acronis, or AOMEI
- Strong Knowledge in Operative System such Microsoft Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Solaris
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week
