Job Summary
Production Technology Engineer oversees pilot production processes, production routing, and version control to support NPD, process optimization, and continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities include setting up pilot production, evaluating criteria, conducting labor/time analysis, maintaining process documentation, managing initial production flow and scheduling, proposing productivity/quality improvements, reviewing capital investment requirements, leading material substitutions, creating/updating production routings and versions, recording labor data, and collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams while ensuring compliance with food safety and safety standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, ERP/MES experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English; Korean bilingualism preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production technology
- Experience with NPD and pilot production management preferred
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and routing management preferred
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
