Job Summary
Inspect and report on production process performance, validating machines, tools, and processes according to protocols. Provide technical maintenance and support, responsibly identifying and solving single failures, incidents, and malfunctions while carrying out setup procedures. Ensure function readiness for systems, devices, or technologies in IT, production, or facilities technology. Clarify issues with stakeholders, plan maintenance and repair assignments, and identify failure reasons to execute prescribed fixes. Coordinate work with service providers as needed.
