Job Summary
Prepare, compound, and manufacture products in a cleanroom environment while supporting aseptic manufacturing activities and maintaining strict GMP adherence. Perform equipment set-up, checks, and routine maintenance; dispense and sanitize raw materials; and manage inventory within isolators. Monitor production areas for cleanliness and compliance, identify deviations, and resolve non-conformances to ensure medicines are released within agreed turnaround times. Work rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00) Monday to Friday at the Stockport site. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and validate aseptic techniques to support the safe production of life-saving medicines.
Required Qualifications
- Essential GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work within a regulated environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom and following strict procedures
- Reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering excellent results
