Production Technician

Production Technician responsible for assembling lateral flow devices and diagnostic kits using manual processes and equipment. Duties include pouching, bagging, and packaging finished products; accurate labeling and kit validation; verification of raw materials per work orders; adherence to SOPs and Master Batch Records with complete batch documentation; label control and inspection of products and packaging materials; recording scrap/discards and production data in Excel and tracking systems; assisting with inventory counts of packaging components; operating equipment such as pallet wrappers and assembly tools; ensuring proper setup and safe operation of equipment; maintaining PPE requirements and following safety policies; and providing support to other production areas as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 25 lbs, willingness to work occasional overtime, and a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior lab or manufacturing experience is preferred.
