Job Summary
Operate equipment and systems including forklifts, pallet wraps, and conditioning, packaging, and treating machinery. Assist in managing field activities like planting, harvest, rouging, and detasseling while maintaining accurate record-keeping of production documents. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, report malfunctions, and alert leadership to product or process variances. Adhere to QA/QC standards, HSE protocols, and legal compliance while tracking metrics on data dashboards to support data-driven decisions. Work multiple shifts in warehouse, packaging, or treating areas, lifting up to 70 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work multiple shifts
- Able to perform manual labor tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds
- Accurate record-keeping of production documents
- Ability to effectively work in assigned areas of plant, such as warehouse, packaging, treating
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
- Basic knowledge of relevant production software (SCADA)
- Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures
