Job Summary
Ensure all Food Safety elements, including HACCP and GMP principles, are met on the production line. Perform designated tasks such as dumping, packing, stacking, wrapping, labeling, inspecting, and cleaning under the Line Forman's direction. Complete assigned paperwork accurately and legibly while assisting with sanitation inspections and cleanup procedures. Report discrepancies regarding allergen programs, sanitation findings, foreign materials, and hold procedures to the Foreman or Quality Technician. Maintain flexibility for varying hours, days, and weekend work as needed.
