Job Summary
Operate all production equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality materials that meet customer requirements. Follow procedures for production, starting up and shutting down equipment as necessary, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Basic math skills and the ability to communicate effectively are required. Experience in production is preferred but not mandatory, and the ability to operate a fork truck is essential. Must comply with the Ravago Code of Conduct and safety procedures.

Additional Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a shared space with constant noise
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
