Job Summary
Produce medicated cannabis products per recipes and SOPs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. Package items into proper containers with accurate labeling, maintain inventory, and electronically convert products into the state traceability system. Adhere to all local and state regulations, document manufacturing methods, and practice rigorous housekeeping to keep assigned work areas clean and organized. Manage time efficiently to meet production goals while performing repetitive tasks with precision and safety as the top priority.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or GED graduate
- Must have a valid driver's license or State ID card
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must be approved by the Cannabis Compliance Board to receive an Agent Card
Desired Qualifications
- some college or college graduate
- 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, and/or inventory
- Prior cannabis experience
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences
- Ability to perform monotonous tasks with great efficiency without losing qualities
- Must be able to follow basic instructions and accept constructive criticism
