Job Summary
Operate production machinery including sewing machines, cutters, and screen printers to produce high-quality products within required timeframes. Visually inspect outputs for defects per Quality Systems Manual, record daily counts and rejects on ShopTrak or paper forms, and install raw materials manually during the process. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals, rotate throughout the department as necessary, and provide cost-saving suggestions to eliminate waste. Monitor daily shipments to meet established production requirements while using shop aids like micrometers for random inspections. Work 40 hours per week across one of four shifts, with most weekends off except when overtime is required.

- Ability to occasionally lift and transport up to 35 lbs
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, perform reaching pinching, gripping, pushing, pulling, twisting, and bending
- 1st Shift- 6:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Thursday
- 2nd Shift- 4:00pm to 2:00am Monday-Thursday
- 3rd Shift- Monday 4:00am to 12:30pm and Tuesday-Thursday 2:00am to 12:30pm
- 40 hours per week
- May be some overtime on Fridays
