Job Summary
Operate department under HACCP regulations and GMP guidelines on the PM shift, rotating through Technician roles. Ensure muffins meet customer requirements, perform final QC checks and proper documentation. Support packaging tasks including culler, forker, and bagger duties; assist with jams, jams clearances, and machine jams as needed. Maintain a clean, sanitary muffin-packaging area, report equipment or QA issues to the Shift Supervisor, and work as a team under the Bagger Operator. Demonstrate GMP adherence and contribute to overall plant safety and productivity with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.
