Job Summary
Production Technician responsible for monitoring and reporting on production, performing maintenance on oil/gas production equipment, wells, gathering systems, and processing facilities. Applies basic and some advanced skills to operations in the energy industry, using tools appropriate for on-the-job tasks. Outdoor field work year-round with a company vehicle, driving to various field locations, and a standard 7:30 am–4:00 pm schedule with weekend rotation and on-call after-hours. PPE required; safety-sensitive position. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision options, life and disability insurance, PTO, and additional voluntary coverages. Reports to VP of Operations; 40 total hours per week on average; 150 miles/day driving; outdoor work in all weather conditions; location: Washington, IN.
