Install plastic injection molds in presses and establish process parameters to ensure consistent part quality and efficient cycles while learning plastics manufacturing. Support the team in using molding technology to turn resin into products for industrial, medical, automotive, and consumer goods sectors. Collaborate on operations improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency. This 2nd or 3rd shift role offers internal and external training for skill development, with flexible scheduling options available for candidates joining the Falcon family.
