Job Summary
Non-Sterile Machine Operator for Weekend Day Shift at Bimeda (Cambridge, Ontario). Operates packaging equipment, loads components, inspects filled bottles/syringes, and ensures conformance to cGMP and SOPs. Responsible for labeling, cartoning, palletizing and delivering full pallets, while documenting procedures, tracking lot samples, and reporting OOS/incidents. Requires 1–3 years of GMP pharmaceutical packaging experience, and a High School Diploma. Strong math skills, good English proficiency, and manual dexterity to lift up to 30 lbs are needed. Works on Friday–Sunday, 7:00am–7:30pm (36-hour week paid as 40 hours) with probationary pay of $28.50/hr and post-probation $29.06/hr plus shift premiums. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1-3 years experience in GMP pharmaceutical packaging/manufacturing
- Excellent math skills
- Good command of English (verbal, reading, writing)
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs (occasional 10-30 lbs)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with SOPs and GMP documentation
