Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and adjust multiple production machines while managing raw material inventory at each station. Conduct continuous in-line and post-line quality audits, performing daily dimensional tests and inspecting finished products for defects. Troubleshoot simple mechanical issues or material breaks, record production notes and defect counts on appropriate forms, and approve style or setup changes. Maintain workspace cleanliness and safety around assigned equipment. Work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6am with a starting rate of $15/hour, rising to $17/hour within one year.
