Job Summary
Production Technician in an advanced metal powder fusing facility, responsible for coating preparation/inspection and furnace operation. Responsibilities include heat building and fixturing, quality and quantity verification, visual inspection with microscopes, transfer of heats through the coating-focused workflow, furnace loading/unloading, monitoring of temperatures/pressures/gas flow, recording quality data, maintaining vacuum systems, troubleshooting furnace issues, performing preventative maintenance, managing materials and ensuring process integrity, and acting as an Emergency Responder within the Coating Department. Requires US citizenship or permanent residency, 2+ years manufacturing experience, high school diploma or GED, and a coachable, detail-oriented mindset to perform in a repetitive manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (due to defense contractor regulations)
- Highly coachable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work with tight tolerances and use inspection tools (e.g., microscopes)
