Job Summary
Assemble and test products according to documentation, performing operations like soldering and mechanical fastening under a microscope. Ensure quality through visual inspections, functional tests, and calibrations while operating equipment such as welders, bead blasters, and oscilloscopes. Work under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, organizing daily activities independently or within a team. Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with strong communication skills and the ability to see through a binocular microscope for extended periods. Schedule is 7:00am-3:30pm.
