Production Technician Instructor

Instruct adult incarcerated students in technologies related to Artificial Intelligence, autonomous robots, augmented reality, data analytics, nanomanufacturing and additive (3D) manufacturing using Amatrol's Skill Boss and ShopBot CNC machines. Plan and direct learning activities, follow Windham School District curriculum guides, participate in staff development and faculty meetings, maintain lesson plans and student progress records, conduct diagnostic and curriculum assessments, and create a positive, well-organized classroom environment. Exhibit strong oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; interpret policies and procedures; and collaborate with staff on curriculum, materials, and program goals while ensuring confidentiality and ethical conduct in accordance with district and state requirements. Supervises adult incarcerated students (and teacher aides as applicable) and contributes to policy implementation and TEA/contracting agency requirements. Demonstrates progress toward student performance targets and applies knowledge and innovative approaches to improve instructional outcomes; performs other duties as assigned.
