Job Summary
Production Technician I responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment (bagging, sealing, labeling, palletizing), accurately packaging finished products, performing weight checks and inspections, loading/stacking/wrapping goods for shipment, conducting routine equipment checks, maintaining logs and inventory records, and adhering to 5S and PPE safety standards in an industrial packaging environment; requires high school diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing/packaging experience with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow SOPs; forklift experience/certification preferred.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow SOPs
