Job Summary
Production Technician I, II, and Senior positions on Days shift (Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm) responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining production/manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, supporting equipment qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) with engineering/quality, and driving continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing. Roles include developing setup/maintenance documentation, supporting KPI data, and acting as SME for specific processes and equipment. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with varying levels of experience across the Technician I/II/Senior tracks; on-site at Victor, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience for Technician I
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience for Technician II
- 10+ years of relevant work experience for Senior Technician
- Experience in Medical Device or Pharma preferred
