Job Summary

Operate and monitor manual and automated filling equipment, making minor adjustments via HMI or manual controls. Perform scheduled quality checks, dispose of product, and document required information on manufacturing logs or the POMS system. Execute batch, code, and tank changes while replenishing production supplies using a powered industrial truck. Identify deviations, stop production if necessary, and escalate mechanical or safety issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean work area using 6S principles and adhere to rigorous cGMP standards. Work a 10-hour shift from 6:30pm to 6:30am in a Class I controlled environment with required garbing.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematics
  • Must be proficient in how to use a calculator and measurement tools as well as basic hand tools
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be able to pass the Powered Industrial Truck (P.I.T.) physical
  • Must be able to bend/stoop, squat, climb, reach above shoulder level, reach at or below shoulder level, kneel, twist and bend at the neck, twist and bend at the waist and balance
  • Must have normal visual acuity and the ability to distinguish color
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift

Desired Qualifications

  • Production Technician or manufacturing experience with duties including preventative maintenance, machine troubleshooting, etc.
