Job Summary
Support filling, capping, and labeling operations of Bio-Rad bottled product using hand filling and semi-automated machinery. Perform in-process and final quality inspections, deliver semi-finished goods to warehousing, and execute production tasks by reviewing schedules and assembling equipment. Complete required documentation in SAP Inventory System following Good Documentation Practices while maintaining a safe, clean work environment per cGMP standards. Operate, clean, and maintain basic instruments, assisting with troubleshooting and coordinating support operations. Work the third shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM in the Fill/Cap/Label/Freeze Dry department, with flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of quality systems, cGMP, policies, and procedures in the specialty area
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, with overtime and weekends as needed
- Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery preferred
- Transaction in SAP a plus
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Team player/ flexible/ attentive to detail and quality minded
