Job Summary
Produce medicated cannabis products per recipes and SOPs while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to state regulations. Package items with proper labeling, ensure compliance with local laws, and document manufacturing methods in the state traceability system. Manage time efficiently to meet production goals, practice rigorous housekeeping to keep assigned work areas clean, and follow all laboratory protocols. Perform repetitive motions, lift up to 50 pounds with extreme care, and work in an environment with daily allergen exposure. Maintain a positive attitude, exercise independent judgment on product processing, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or GED graduate
- Must have a valid driver's license or State ID card
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must be approved by the Cannabis Compliance Board to receive an Agent Card
Desired Qualifications
- some college or college graduate
- 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, and/or inventory
