Job Summary
Conduct all tasks associated with production equipment safely while observing machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature, and stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur. Troubleshoot and report deviations from standard parameters, working with the team to determine root causes. Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices and complete required production paperwork accurately. Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance during 12-hour shifts running from 6pm to 6:30am on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Food & Beverage experience is a plus
- Knowledge of sanitation, GMP and allergen handling processes a plus
- Prior experience with production paperwork a plus
