Job Summary
Production Technician on the Gogo production team responsible for manufacturing operations including setup/calibration with engineers, in-line adjustments, rework and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Works with engineers on process methods/procedures, trains new technicians, assists with inventory data recording, maintains AS9100 production test requirements, contributes to NPI and continuous improvement projects, troubleshoots failed products, and ensures high quality workmanship through testing per MTP/MWI and required procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical Associate degree or equivalent specialized technical training
- 1-3 years of related experience in electronics assembly/repair and/or testing electronic products
